Entertain the Kids for less
Here's a post for my fellow UK reality TV fans with some tips on how to entertain the kids for less. As much as I am sure we'd all love to just sit them down in front of a Survivor or Amazing Race box set and leave them to it for several hours I think we all know they can be a little more demanding than that 
So how about taking them to the cinema for free by attending free preview screenings organised by SeeFilmFirst or buying £1 cinema tickets from KGB Deals. You could even take them bowling for 1p a game at Hollywood Bowl if they are feeling more energetic.
Plus of course every kid loves being taken out for something scrummy for their tea.
