Big Brother 8 Aus – Tina’s thoughts
Tina from Mummifiedtimesfive.net has shared her opinion on the new series of Big Brother Australia, here’s a short excerpt.
Good to hear that they’ve changed the voting methods. Now you just ring in to save your favourite housemate. The 3 housemates with the lowest votes are the ones that will be up for eviction and the other housemates will choose who will be evicted.
I have to say I am not sure how much I like this new system just yet, I worry that with so many guys in the house no matter what…we are going to have a hard time getting rid of them, and if a female is up they will be the one to go. But what I do love is that the Australian producers are willing to give something new a go – in the UK we won’t even change stupid sayings like ‘please do not swear’ and ‘I’m coming to get you’ despite them no longer being relevant or making sense, just because they are part of the show – so I am excited to see how it works out and will be thrilled if it does turn out to be a better system, anything that helps keep in the more controversial housemates is good by me.
