    WOW, I thought that was a great episode. I wish them the best of luck and I want all of them to do really well, whether at the camp or at home after elimination.

    I am also wondering who will be the contestant causing that big scandal in a few episodes (week 6, from what I have heard). The identity hasn't leaked yet, so we don't know who it is, but at the moment my money is on Alex or James.

    I also think Shannon has his work cut out for him this year with his blue team. ;)

    Is this the heartbreaking episode? Damn these girls stories are heartbreaking. I thought Selena's one was bad but oh my god, the next one had me crying like a baby. I have not felt so bad for contestants since Ada from the American one and she was so horribly treated :(

    Her upper lip is pretty scary now and you can tell the make-up department is trying to tone it down a bit.

    *hugs* It got to me, too, Lexi. I was sitting there thinking: "Gosh, guys, I am really keeping my fingers crossed for each and every one of you, I want all of you to get fit and healthy and happy."

    Selena's part about telling her mum she'd been hit by a cart when she had been beat up by bullies was bad enough, but Lydia saying: "How can anyone want me to be the mother of their children?"… It got right under my skin. :(

    She has to realize how terrible that looks, right? I am always astounded when people do that to themselves and don't even know how ridiculous they look.

    I think she is someone who defines herself solely through her physicality – her fitness and her looks. With that perception of herself she will have massive problems looking at herself and accepting herself as she grows older. I am glad i am not in her shoes.

    And the concept of someone feeling like "a beautiful person on the inside" (and one of the contestants said that) is completely incomprehensible to her it seems. Beauty to her = fit and thin.

    I take Michelle (the trainer, not the contestant) and Hailey's comforting and encouraging words to the contestants in that group session over Tiff any day of the week.
