Site News: VideoBB and VideoZer remove all content
It looks like VideoBB and VideoZer are the next big video sharing sites to fall by the wayside. Around an hour ago they started deleting all the content hosted on their servers. At the moment I cannot find any information about why this is happening – have they been targetted by the law as well as megavideo or are they just running scared (and who could blame them?). It also appears many other sites such as Fileserve have started blocking their sites to US visitors.
What does this mean for this site? I don’t know yet

Thanks for keeping us up to date, this is going to be such a shame. Hopefully you will still be able to upload to some of the other sites although I realise some series will not be available to us for now. Fingers crossed and thanks again, I do appreciate your site and have been watching videos here for several years now.

Bummer. Though not surpricing.
As for country restrictions, you can get around those by using a proxy server that is in a country that is not blocked. There are free proxy servers out there – use google to find instructions and what you need. Though using a proxy server can slow things down a bit.
I'm mostly worried about perhaps not being able to see the great Mastercheff Australia series in the future if this keeps up.

There are other sites you can use, if you start including sites which don't have "inline" modes and are just links.
sockshare, videoweed, novamov, movpod, gorillavid, daclips, dixstage, vidbux, putlocker, movshare… those are the ones just off the top of my head.

Hope thins turn out for the best.

Such a shame. But thank you for this awesome website! I'm from Denmark and we don't get a lot of these shows.

Hi. Have you tried using http://www.youku.com/?
The challenge is that it is a website in Chinese. But these days there's hardly anything that Google Translate can't solve, even if the translation is choppy.
They do have some Enlgish content: http://www.youku.com/about/en/
There are a few other European and also Asian solutions I've seen before, but Youku was the first one to come to mind now.

Thanks Reality for what you have done over the years. You've been my contact on some great shows and I hope we can still get them in the future.

The second I saw the Megaupload news online, I raced here to see if there was any damage. At first, when it was only the Megavideo stuff, I was so relieved…but had that niggling suspicion that the dominos were still falling…tried to watch as much as I could but still couldn't finish everything by the time BB got yanked! This is such a sad, sad crime. This site has been everything to me for years now…I do live in America, but have elected not to support the giant cable companies…and without this site there are many, many shows I will have to live without. I want to thank you so much, so deeply for introducing me to ANTM Britain & Australia, and Masterchef Australia & JR…there are so many shows I never would have even heard of without this site (like Next Great Baker for example). I know that there are still sites running where we can find things like PR, but it is these international shows that are just so rarely available anywhere, or shows that get yanked off Youtube after a day…

I understand that companies want their due share in royalties, and that their advertisers want THEIR due share as well, but seriously- we are such a small slice of the pie here. There are millions who can pay for cable and expensive sattilite systems in order to watch this stuff, and then there are people like me who simply can't afford it. So to me, what the government is saying to us by shutting down these services is: "You are not rich enough for the priveldge of watching these programs. Sorry!" Just another, YET another, way the poor are being punished. I already can't afford a car or a house or vacations, please, government leave MY TV ALONE!!! I'll miss you, RealityTVFan, and all those whom I have commented with over the years. Let's HOPE this recent action fades away and slowly reverses itself in time.
