  1. I didnt like this Eposide. My Favs gone

  2. This episode was fine, be better if it was the weigh in episode.

  3. Oh, train the trainers with the commando! Yum!

I think Joe might be better of at home if he wants to win any money. Emma is on top of the leaderboard right now, I believe, and I hope she wins. Losing all that at home is really inspiring!

I have to admit I am so jealous of all of them, having such great weight loss! I’ve lost 40 kg so far, but it has taken a year and a half to get here, and still a mighty 7 kg to go. It will probably take another half year, but in TBL world that would be two weeks or so!

  4. oh gawed poor leigh. he wont have a choice lol they'll just throw him out of the plane. and hubba hubba, commando training with no shirt. roll on next episode!!!!

Lol cant wait to see commando training lol And let's see what sort of ninja tiff really is lol

  6. Yay!!! Train the Trainers, aka, more sweet Commando action!

I didn't mind this episode, I expect "the walk", but it is so weird without people like Meg and Joe and Lara.
I expected them to be there. Kind of a bummer that they weren't.

Glad Sarah stayed, it's amazing to see how depressed and screwed up she was thanks to diet low self esteem.

Got to give Commando props and a half for getting those Moons to the finals. Stunning, I thought they'd all be gone.

  7. Think it was "luck" that Moons remained on show. People who make it to the end many times are given gifts along the way so they could stay. I hope they are thanking the others who went home so they could stay; its not all hard work. Good for all of them for getting this far in their weight loss journey. Look forward to the season finishing.

  8. I'm not sure it was "luck". If I wanted to win, I would keep them around. Even if they bust butt they won't catch up in total %. It's a sure bottom layer without me in it. I just did 15 Kilos in 3 months so if I had the chance to focus like they had, I'm sure I could have done better and I was sick 4 weeks out of that time with the flu and complications. I would be sure to keep them around if I was there. It's nice to know you have a cushion.

  9. and they made him take his shirt off, double yum….. wtg on the 40kg, i'm at 32.9kg loss with anything between 7-10 kilos left, haven't decided yet (i've got 5 goals LOL)…. and the last bit is the worse isn't it ….anyway, the slower we do it, the better, because although i love this programme, if you lose weight that quick the skin doesn't have time to shrink back, and more often than not, they put the weight back on again…. keep it up, here's to the next 7 kilos :)

  10. WELL DONE JO .You have climbed the most difficult mountain, now all is left is a little hill……………

  11. I was actually glad Nathaniel got to come back and do this. He seems to have grown quite a bit and hopefully this helped solidify where he is mentally. Sarah needed this too as a recognition of what she has done.
