I was hoping Rulon would be the one going home. All the Rulon love from the trainers is ugh…annoying. Did all the girls braid each others hair before the weigh in?

Totally agree, but I don't consider it game-playing. I wish there was more game-playing, i.e. voting strategically instead of pretending everyone is best friends and this isn't a competition.
I hated how Cara handled that. If Kaylee's purposely water-loading or doing whatever to not lose weight and sabotage herself, how can she be ready to go home? There's a difference between being happy with yourself and finding your voice and being ready to go home and lose/maintain weight. It's only been a few weeks since their at-home week where she didn't do well at all..

The editing this season has made Justin seem like such a tool, but he is nice guy! This is definitely an "interesting" season, with everyone sacrificing each other but its not neccesarily a bad thing either, I like this season, but hopefully next season will go back to being more competitive!

I prefer people working together towards weight loss and a healthy life, rather than focussing on 'the game' and winning, so I like the season a lot more than some of the others.

Well the reality is they are on a "reality game show" so there will be game play. I agree with Megan H. Game play should be there if its going to push you to work harder. You can't have yourself knocked out if you are truly playing to win. All this drama on who is going home, just gets silly, at some point they ALL will go home. So yes it should be about fight to stay so that you are getting the most out of what the trainers have to offer you. But making it into an hour long sap fest gets old.
But in saying that I do enjoy see the contestants progress and lose their weight. The drama is just something I have to put up with to see them though their journey. And I just like to see the person who has tried the hardest win the money, which for me would be a HUGE motivation to go all out every week.

I really wish this episode has less sappy stuff. I found myself idly listening while I did other things more than I watched it.
