Sometimes I feel like a grumpy old woman these days, I’ve never been a huge fan of kids and it doesn’t help that next door have about 50 of them and as soon as the sun comes out – boy do they make a racket – screaming, shouting, playing, crying, laughing. From 8am until 8pm. It drives me mental and I find myself either going out of the house (any where, I don’t care where!) or closing all my windows and doors and sweating to death instead of having to listen to it any longer!
On the other hand sometimes I see all the toys the kids have these days and feel jealous, wishing I were a kid again or considering having some of my own. The kids next door have an awesome paddling pool, a Zero skateboard and this fancy scooter that they zoom about on and it makes me want to go out and play
