Big Brother 8 Aus – Daily Show # 45

Finally, I am all caught up myself – no more having to try cut the episode up through squinty eyes in order to try avoid finding out what’s going on haha. Going away is great, but it’s terrible when you are a reality tv addict like I am and there’s 2 current series of Big Brother running!

Enjoy.

Believe in Criss Angel

Being the fan of entertainment that I am, I appreciate a good magician or illusionist – I was obsessed with Sigmund and Fraud as a youngun, I have loved UK illusionist Derren Brown as an adult and I think the modern American illusionist Criss Angel is amazing, from what I have seen of him so far. CRISS ANGEL Believe is his latest show from Cirque Du Soleil which is currently showing at the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas. Being from the UK obviously there’s not a chance I can actually go see this surreal new show, not unless I am willing to shell out a few thousand to do so, but if you live in America there’s a great text contest you can enter to try win 2 tickets to the show, and all you have to do is text the word ‘believe’ to 22122, couldn’t be simpler.

Sponsored by CRISS ANGEL Believe

So get it done, and let me know if you do win or if you are going to the show regardless so that I can die of jealousy :)

Big Brother 9 UK – Alex’s departure ratings sucess for CH4+1

Channel 4+1 helped boost Big Brother’s ratings last night in the wake of contestant Alexandra’s eviction from the house.

The catch-up show gave Channel 4+1 its largest ever audience with 703,000 (4.4%) tuning in between 10pm and 11pm. Alex was removed from the house on Wednesday but the drama did not reach Channel 4 until last night.

Big Brother drew 3.5m (15.2%) on Channel 4 from 9pm – also a strong audience, but limited by competition from ITV1′s Euro 2008 football. The reality installments combined audience, of 4.2m, was the largest of the series since the launch show two weeks ago.
